These partnerships demonstrate our commitment to serving the residents of Alsea and Monroe in their communities. These locations are stocked with some of the clothing and goods you give to Vina Moses Center.
Alsea Services
Vina’s Closet at Alsea in collaboration with Alsea Schools Family Outreach
We partner with Alsea School District and their Family Outreach Program to provide a Vina’s Free Thrift Store experience in the community of Alsea. Vina’s Closet at Alsea is a permanent location, staffed by Alsea School District Family Outreach Coordinator, where families can access clothing and hygiene product free of cost.
Recent infrastructure losses in the Alsea community - the closure of both the gas station and medical clinic coupled with staffing cuts at the school district - have highlighted the need for accessible basic services.
We also partner to deliver our seasonal programs so families don’t have to drive into Corvallis to participate.
Vina’s Closet at Alsea is open by appointment only; contact Alsea Schools Family Outreach at 541-487-5664 to schedule (closed Fridays).
Monroe Services
Vina's Closet at Monroe is a collaboration with South Benton Food Pantry to give necessities like clothes, shoes, hygiene items, and more. Look for other agencies in the South Benton Resource Center.
We also host pop-up versions of Vina’s Back to School and Vina’s Giving Tree programs to meet families where they are.
Vina’s Closet at Monroe is open limited hours; contact South Benton Food Pantry at (541) 745-8759, or visit their website here to view their calendar.
