Vina Moses Center is committed to providing low barrier financial assistance in Benton County when possible. Our funding and capacity are very limited. At this time, we are primarily focused on utility and rent assistance requests. However, we need you to apply for assistance through CSC or HRSN first. When you apply to CSC or HRSN, we must wait until your case is resolved before we can consider your request.

If you have a utility shutoff notice to be enforced within 24-48 hours, call your utility company first and make payment plan arrangements, if eligible. If you’re not eligible, then call us.

Vina’s Aid funding for utilities, rent, and rent supports will be considered ONLY by referral from another agency or funding partner. This means another agency or funding partner must contact us on your behalf by phone, email, or in person for us to consider your request. This is a temporary measure for now. A referral to us is not a guarantee of financial assistance!

If you need help with other urgent financial needs (laundry, medical, furniture), please call us. Our funding is very limited, but we may be able to help.
